Full registration for camp is $520. Our registration platform also charges a credit card processing fee.
Camp registration fees include all lodging, beverages, meals, and activities. The only thing not included is camp merchandise and personal equipment and supplies. Camp merchandise can be pre-ordered during registration, limited quantities will be available to purchase at camp.
Camp volunteers receive a registration discount according to the number of hours volunteered. Volunteer application/acceptance process must be complete before registration.
The Pay It Forward program is for folks who are not able to attend camp without financial assistance.
Campers will be sent the property address after registering.
There is limited parking at camp, therefore everyone needs to make best effort to carpool and vehicles need to bring at least two passengers.
Thirty (30) days before camp campers will be sent a link to a third-party carpool app and registration will open for free camp bus transportation from/to Eugene.
Glimmer Camp will take place rain or shine.
Full Glimmer Camp fees are due at the time of registration.
A 50% refund of registration fees and 100% of merchandise pre-order paid, minus the credit surcharge, will be granted for cancellations made up until sixty 60 days prior to the first day of Glimmer Camp. No refund of donations will be granted.
No refund will be granted for cancellations made less than sixty (60) days prior to the first day of Glimmer Camp. No refund will be granted for failure to attend Glimmer Camp.
No refund will be made for any participant who elects to leave Glimmer Camp voluntarily for any reason or are dismissed by Glimmer Camp leadership or the Camp Cleawox manager for any reason, including for violating these Rules or the Glimmer Camp Code of Conduct.
We recommend purchasing tavel insurance if you are concerned about recouping the cost of registration in the event you cannot attend.
As we do not grant full refunds, we strongly recommend that you visit the FAQ page and review the Camp Rules and Code of Conduct to ensure this is the right event for you.
Ticket transfers will be considered on a case-by-case basis up until twenty-one (21) days prior to the first day of Glimmer Camp. Email registration@glimmercamp.com to request a ticket transfer. The ticket transfer recipient must complete thier own registration upon recieving the transfer.
Please note that all participants are required to sign the Camp Waiver at check-in.
What is the cost of camp?

The only things not covered by registration are personal equipment and supplies and camp merch. At registration you can pre-order Glimmer Camp merchandise which you will receive at check-in. There will be limited merchandise for purchase in the camp store during camp, so pre-order is a nice way to guarantee that you'll get what you want.
Why do all the lodging options cost the same even if they offer different amenities?
The price of camp reflects the actual cost of running Glimmer Camp which is the same regardless of whether someone brings a tent to sleep in or stays in an indoor sleeping area. Charging different fees would uphold classism and perpetuate barriers for folks who have been excluded from camp experiences. We believe people are not more deserving of certain accommodations because they can afford them. Instead, we fundraise and pursue grants to keep the overall cost of camp low, offer volunteer discounts and a Pay It Forward scholarship program. We also ask that only campers with access needs register for Category A lodging.
I cannot afford camp registration, what are my options?
You can apply to volunteer or for the Pay it Forward Program. The Pay It Forward program provides discounts of 25% - 75% off of camp registration. It is a rolling scholarship fund, the discounts are offered as they become available from community member constributions and fundraising.

Is a payment plan available?
Unfortunately the registration platform we are using this year does not offer a payment plan option. We hope to offer this option in the future.
I'm an ally, can I come to camp?
We love allies! Glimmer Camp is specifically for LGBTQ2S+ community members.
Can I use both a Pay It Forward discount and a Volunteer Discount?
No. Only one coupon code can be used during registration.
