Cancellation Policy

Glimmer CampOut will take place rain or shine.

• Full Glimmer Camp fees are due at the time of registration. 

• A 50% refund of registration fees, minus the credit surcharge, will be granted for cancellations made up until sthirty (30) days prior to the first day of the event. No refund of donations will be granted. 

• No refund will be granted for cancellations made less than thirty (30) days prior to the first day of Glimmer Camp. No refund will be granted for failure to attend Glimmer Camp.

• No refund will be made for any participant who elects to leave Glimmer Camp voluntarily for any reason or are dismissed by Glimmer Camp leadership or the property manager for any reason, including for violating these Rules or the Glimmer Camp Code of Conduct.

• We recommend purchasing tavel insurance if you are concerned about recouping the cost of registration in the event you cannot attend. 

• As we do not grant full refunds, we strongly recommend that you visit the FAQ page and review the Camp Rules and Code of Conduct to ensure this is the right event for you. 

• Ticket transfers will be considered on a case-by-case basis up until twenty-one (21) days prior to the first day of the event. Email registration@glimmercamp.com to request a ticket transfer. The ticket transfer recipient must complete thier own registration upon recieving the transfer.
