We are looking for people who are good self-managers, practice relational skills even when it's difficult, and work planfully and intentionally. We're looking for people who will bring thier super power to the group and embrace those of other group members. We're looking for people who are committed to practicing processes of consent based decision making and group accountability, even if they're skills in development and even when it's hard.

This is not a leadership development opportunity per se. Meaning that we are looking for folks who have foundational skills for their position as well as group work and processes. We also enthusiastically support each other to try new things, experiment, learn new skills, make mistakes, and do hard stuff. 

What is the future of Glimmer Camp? Maybe more camp programs, maybe affinity group camps, maybe the procurement of a property, maybe a worker-owned cooperative, maybe a non-profit? We aren't sure yet. The Leadership Team is not responsible for visioning and strategizing for the long term of Glimmer Camp, that lies with the Camp Director for now, but there is opportunitiy for LT members to engage in shared decision making and investment if interest, aptitude, and capacity are demonstrated.
