Camp Fees
Camp registration fees include lodging, catered meals, nonalcoholic drinks, snacks, and all activities. Not included in registration is camp merchendise, personal supplies (including bedding), and alcoholic drinks. Winter Camp is Bring Your Own Beverages.

Camp volunteers receive a registration discount according to the number of hours volunteered. Volunteer application/acceptance process must be complete before registration.

Campers will be sent the property address after registering.
Glimmer Camp is not providing transportation for this camp. Campers will be sent the link to a 3rd party carpool app 30 days before camp to connect with other folks to carpool.

Glimmer Camp will take place rain, shine, sleet, or snow.
Glimmer Camp fees are due at the time of registration. You can choose a payment plan through Klarna or Paypal
You can recieve a refund for registration and pre-ordered merchandiss, minus booking and credit card fees, up to thirty (30) days before the first day of camp. No refund of donations will be granted.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than thirty (30) days prior to the first day of camp. No refund will be granted for failure to attend.
Pre-ordered merchandise must be picked up at camp.
No refund will be made for any participant who elects to leave Glimmer Camp voluntarily for any reason or is dismissed by Glimmer Camp leadership or the property manager for any reason, including for violating Camp Rules or the Glimmer Camp Code of Conduct.
We recommend purchasing tavel insurance if you are concerned about recouping the cost of registration in the event you cannot attend.
Ticket transfers will be considered on a case-by-case basis up until fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of Glimmer Camp. Email registration@glimmercamp.com to request a ticket transfer. The ticket transfer recipient must complete thier own registration upon recieving the transfer.

What is the cost of camp?
This camp has three pricing tiers, Sustaining, Supporting, and a limited number of Supported tickets. Registration includes lodging, catering, snacks and drinks, and all activity supplies.
We do not have a Pay It Forward program for this camp.
Volunteers recieve a registration discount according to the number of volunteer hours. Volunteer applicaiton and selection must be completed before registration, in contrast to recieving a refund for the volunteer discount.
Why do all the lodging options cost the same even if they offer different amenities?
The price reflects the actual cost of running this event, which is the same regardless of whether someone brings an RV in or stays in a cottage. Charging different fees would uphold classism and perpetuate barriers for folks who have been excluded from camp experiences. We believe people are not more deserving of certain accommodations because they can afford them. Instead, we fundraise and pursue grants to keep the overall cost of camp low, offer volunteer discounts and tiered pricing.
I cannot afford camp registration, what are my options?
You can apply to volunteer or chose the Supported ticket tier.
Volunteer discounts apply to Sustaining and Supporting ticket tiers.
Is a payment plan available?
Yes! Payment plans are available through Klarna and Paypal.
I'm an ally, can I come to camp?
We love allies! Glimmer Camp is specifically for LGBTQ2S+ community members.
Can I use both a Supported ticket and a Volunteer Discount?
No. Volunteer Discounts only apply to Supporting and Sustaining ticket tiers.
