Event Fees

Event registration is $125. The registration fee includes lodging, meals, beverages, and activities. Not included in the registration fee is camp merchendise and personal equipment and supplies- including bedding.

There is also a credit card processing fee. 

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds for this event for any reason. It will occur rain, snow, or shine. Please plan accordingly. Because we do not grant refunds, we strongly encourage you to carefully read the event information to make sure it's the right event for you. 

Registration transfers ARE permitted up until Dec 12th. Email registration@glimmercamp.com with the name and email of the person you'd like to transfer your registration to. That person will recieve a special code to register- they must complete their own registration to attend the event. 

Transportation/Parking

There are limited parking spaces at the Foothills Ranch, all participants need to make best efforts to carpool- Glimmer Camp can support connecting you if desired. If we exceed the alloted parking spaces, people can be shuttled from overflow parking which is $5.
